The Ananda Redwoods Center (Ananda Sangha of Scotts Valley) holds yoga and meditation classes for individuals of all levels and experience.
Ananda yoga specializes in asanas that are sure to bring you balance for mind, body, and spirit. The goal of all of our classes is to uplift and inspire you. The yogic practices at our center were developed by Paramhansa Yogananda. Yogananda’s teachings embrace the truths that underlie all the great religions. Mainly, that qualities of peace, kindness, joy, and wisdom are what we should all strive for through yoga, or divine union.
At our center, you can expand your sense of harmony, and gain an increased sense of a loving presence in your life through ancient and effective yogic techniques.
